Demonstrating the company's proprietary AI solutions
Freelance designer for a Singapore-based startup specialising in AI-powered backend technologies for innovative digital solutions.
My primary contribution was creating product demo videos to visually showcase Qinch.ai's custom AI technologies, helping potential clients envision how these solutions address sector-specific challenges. The videos were used in pitch presentations to secure buy-in and guide strategic discussions between stakeholders on the potential and vision of these AI solutions.
- Collaborated with the founder to understand client requirements and identify key features to highlight for each demo.
- Developed storyboards to outline the narrative and flow, connecting technical capabilities to a compelling value proposition.
- Created high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes, ultimately assembling them into product demo videos.
AI Health Assistant
This demo showcased an AI-powered wellness companion bot designed to improve patient engagement and data collection in the healthcare industry. The focus was on communicating how patients can interact with the chatbot to complete an initial triage and book appointments, feeding seamlessly into existing clinic workflows.
AI Scam Verification App
Designed to help banks detect and prevent scams across communication channels, including phone calls, SMS, and digital media, this demo demonstrated how the app protects customers from fraudulent activities in real time.

Figuring it out as I go
While I'm more comfortable defining requirements and translating them into product features, framing product ideas with a sales angle and adapting them into video was a fresh experience. Adopting a beginner's mindset and being comfortable with learning on the fly was my biggest takeaway.
To bring these concepts to life, I had to deeply understand the technical feasibility and translate complex ideas into accessible narratives. Working within tight timelines taught me to focus on what was "good enough" to communicate the product's value proposition, and to prioritise getting it done.
I'm deeply grateful for the opportunity to collaborate so closely with the founder, ZJ, whose feedback, iterative approach, and patience in explaining technical details were truly instrumental in turning these abstract ideas into something tangible.
