Hi, I'm Celine, a service and experience designer from Singapore.

I'm committed to 'finding a way' and am a big believer that collaboration is the key to turning the tide, navigating ambiguity and achieving the best outcomes. I love listening to people's stories to uncover the heart of a problem — ensuring everyone feels seen and heard is my guiding light.

Beyond service design, I bring three years of experience helping startups design 0-to-1 digital solutions. I'm no stranger to wearing multiple hats and collaborating across disciplines — wielding rapid prototypes to align cross-functional teams and get ideas moving. Dirty and scrappy is how I'd describe my design process, and I place a lot of emphasis on keeping things real and simple.

My previous work focused on enterprise products, where I thrived on simplifying complexity to help people work better and happier. Now, I'm evolving my UX practice into broader service design — designing with people, for people, and transforming deep research and human insights into meaningful decisions.

When I'm not designing

Writing, reading, hiking, taking long walks with my dogs, and doing pilates. I thrive on pastries, sunlight, and winning at 7 Wonders.
